As the founder of Academy4Athletes, Marrow provides wellness programs for boys and girls aged 3 to 17, emphasizing fitness and personal development regardless of their current fitness levels. Additionally, he leads Men in Progress, a mentorship initiative aimed at guiding at-risk boys toward becoming respected men by fostering self-confidence and instilling positive values.
